No! You are only required to be home for first time visits. This allows us to introduce ourselves, and meet you and your pups. All subsequent visits will not require anybody to be present, as long as we have a way to access the pups.

Mobile grooming is a luxury service. The salon comes to your location, and your pet is groomed straight through. No waiting in a kennell for his/her turn. We also include services that are considered to be add-ons at a salon.
